Arrived quickly and even though the box was damaged, the light was fine. The light has 3 levels of brightness and uses a micro-usb cable (included) to charge. The base glows red when charging. This is good for a child's or student's desk. Since it is self powered, it can be moved anywhere without a cord attached to it. I won it playing the water game and it is a nice prize.

Shipped quickly. Box was sort of flat when it arrived. There's no wall plug for the usb cable which is the old style plug and about 5 inches long. Hope you have an old charging cord laying around or you'll have the thing charging while sitting on the floor like me. The lamp itself is minimalist but functional. Talking the power icon will turn it on/off and cycle through the three different brightness settings. Since i got this for 10 cents from the coin tree i'm pretty happy with it.
