Resistance Bands Set Tension Pull Rope for Men Women Workout Exercise Bands for Fitness Home Gym Strength Training Equipment

These bands are just what i needed. They feel sturdy and the resistance of the bands really is noticeable. The accessories are very useful, as well.

It's perfect, super durable, for beginners I recommend buying with a lighter weight, it's super heavy even the lightest one haha.

Very good quality of materials, you can work applying a lot of force. The anklets that come with it do not work, you have to buy them separately but it's a minor detail.

I don't believe the weight is accurate (or maybe i've just gotten stronger, lol). But it seems like a good product; the stitching looks durable, and it comes with a carrying bag and a leaflet suggesting exercises and showing which muscles are targeted. I just hope the rubber doesn't get sticky over time.
