The bars are made of plastic and the discs are made of plastic filled with sand, but they serve their purpose if you're not going to put a lot of weight on them.

Surprised by the quality. Highly recommended, easy to install the discs and hooks. Some gloves came as a gift, along with a small manual with exercises to do.

It is exactly as described, very complete and can even be adapted to do abdominal exercises. There was no need to talk to the seller.
