3-in-1 Dumbbells Set 20 kg Adjustable Dumbbells with Extra Barbell Bar Plastic-Coated Weight Plates Fitness Exercise Home Gym

Great kit for the price, weights a bit large in size which makes some exercises awkward but again, for this price it is a real bargain!

I suffered an injury that has ended my football season early and needed some equipment for home (i can go to the gym when im at work as its next door but that is only 1-2 times a week and rest of the week i work at home) This item came in 4 days and perfect for quick workouts (id recommend getting some "dumbell foot attachments" so you can do legs raises, kickback etc so you can train lega from home too) - alongside squat and deadlift variations Overall good pice, delivered fast, and can workout all muscles and youtube has tonnes of different workouts)

Great product overall, just one small issue I’m really happy with this purchase — everything arrived in perfect condition and the quality is solid. The weights fit well, the grip feels comfortable, and it’s excellent value for the price. The only drawback is that the rod is a bit short, so it’s tricky to stack four plates securely on it. For lighter setups it works perfectly, but if you want to load more weight you may need a longer bar. Overall, i’d definitely recommend it for everyday workouts and home use. Just keep in mind the rod length if you plan to use multiple plates at once.

Good. good value. items as described. handles seem to have been upgraded and improved with a slight curve to the grip.
