Different Resistance Bands Yoga Band Fitness Exercise Training Hip Tension Band Leg Squat Dance Elastic Loop Stretch Band

The elastic bands are very good. The gradation of blue tones, with the lightest being the most elastic and the darkest being the stiffer, makes it easy to choose when doing exercises, considering each person's body structure and needs. The kit meets the needs of the whole family.

They’re good. i only really use the black one to work out. i am a track athlete so i focus on using resistance bands to train my hip flexors and the black one is the best for me. i will probably order different ones from another company that are thicker so i can get more resistance, but they’re good for the most part. i use the blue one and the yellow one to stretch my legs before i run in a race or after practice. but if you want something cheap that will work or you just need to stretch or train your quads or hip flexors or anything this would probably work for you.

Came perfect and has different stretch levels. They are thin but great for the price

Strong rubber, durable, good quality, low price, fast delivery, I recommend.
