Considering the price it's definitely worth it. Most people will need to use several ropes/bands at a time to get enough resistance (one isn't enough at all). If all you need is basic resistance this is a good starter. The ankle attachments and door attachment are a nice addition. It will be interesting to see how durable everything is. Not sure why so many people complain about this product, i got it on sale for around $4 and it's definitely worth it. Recommended.
