Excellent material. Great for home use; the intention of purchase was for heating, but the set as a whole is suitable for doing workouts at home comfortably. Since the kit comes with various types of resistance bands, you can do a very diverse workout right at home. Highly recommended.

It's great they are the same length but different in thickness. you can vary the resistance by combining mutliple bands at once.

What I expected. Small bands for exercises, especially rehabilitation with different resistance levels.
