Great set of resistance bands. They’re about 30 cm long, which makes them ideal for arm and leg workouts. The material feels sturdy and they don’t have any strong smell, which is a big plus. Perfect for home workouts, stretching, yoga, or strength training. Good value and easy to use.

Super elastic bands, I recommend them for home workouts. I bought them for knee rehabilitation.

I was surprised by its quality, plus it comes from the softest resistance to the hardest, perfectly identified.
