Super fast shipping, top quality, 31mm hole punch knife (not listed anywhere) but that's also top-notch. It was well packaged and arrived undamaged. I recommend this product 100%.

The item is in absolutely top condition. Extremely good quality! But the shipping is underground. I had selected DHL as the shipping method. Nevertheless, the package arrived with DPD. This is extremely problematic because I had specified my DHL Packstation address for the first order. My first order was therefore returned to the sender. So there is no hope for the shipping department of the shop. The package also arrived in a poorly packaged condition. DPD therefore had to repackage the package. However, I only give one star for shipping and delivery. I had absolutely massive trouble due to the need to place a duplicate order, and I had to wait more than three weeks longer than what was stated in the order. The only thing that provides comfort is the article. I would unfortunately expect chaos in the shipping process with this carrier. At least there were difficulties with shipping and inadequate packaging in both orders.
