Different Resistance Bands Yoga Band Fitness Exercise Training Hip Tension Band Leg Squat Dance Elastic Loop Stretch Band

Very good set of bands, very helpful for my rehab work, and also general fitness exercises. I love how they come with writing on them to suggest what strength the band is - i used to have bands that were plain, and it was hard to remember which one is stronger.

Good quality, seems better than the old resistance bands i bought previously at a different shop. the thin one (green) is very light and i am not sure how many trainings will it survive ;) anyway, i will use red and black one for standard trainings, yellow and blue for some joint support activities. good product and the seller, so 5 stars for everything here!

Good quality resistance bands for the price. Their size is definitely designed for stretching exercises (which is what we were after) and not for doing heavier resistance band training such as for pull ups etc. No difference in strength between the different colour option (ie between the pink set and the standard), and each band type (eg light to heavy) has consistent thicknesses and a good difference in the strength required. Can highly recommend these!

The elastic bands are very good. The gradation of blue tones, with the lightest being the most elastic and the darkest being the stiffer, makes it easy to choose when doing exercises, considering each person's body structure and needs. The kit meets the needs of the whole family.
