Great heavy-duty resistance band! The quality of the material is excellent — sturdy and firm latex with no strong odor. The thickness is ideal for those who already have an intermediate/advanced level of training. The pink/purple color is attractive and easy to identify in the training bag. I used it for glute exercises, squats, and assisted pull-ups, and the tension is consistent without losing elasticity. I recommend it! Great heavy-duty resistance band! Very good tape! I bought the Medium one and if you apply force when using it, I thought it wouldn't be so durable, but I was surprised.

This is the second time I've ordered for my classes... It's worth the purchase, the elastic is firm and quite durable.

Very useful resistance bands! they provide the perfect extra load for leg workouts. the material is sturdy, durable, and doesn't roll up during exercises. really like them.
