3pcs/set, Yoga Tension Belt, Elastic Fitness Resistance Band For Men Women, Yoga Stretch Belt For Strength Training

It took a week to arrive. It's just what I needed, in fact it's thicker than I expected. Obviously, a thicker one is more comfortable, but I needed it to be foldable so it would take up little space and be easy to take on trips. It's also quite long. It came with dents on the outside but it's not broken and it functions well without any problems.

Great for exercises and physical therapy at home. it stretches well and has a good amount of resistance! comes in 3 colors for different amount of resistance.

Package arrived undamaged. Yoga mat is lightweight and easy to travel with in the foldable style vs rolled style.

Perfect for floor exercises. It doesn't slip and is easy to roll up for storage.
