The weights are 22lb combined not per dumbbell which i mistook. the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that the weights can come unscrewed throughout the workout even when tightened all the way so use caution. luckily i lift slow with these so i can stop and fix it as needed. otherwise they work as intended.

They are really useful, they delivered it to me in less than 5 days, it's not too heavy but for use at home they are excellent.
