The bands are very good, they are not too thick, but for someone starting to exercise they are more than adequate. I also liked that they are marked according to their intensity, which is appreciated, and they arrived in a good time. I recommend the seller and the product.

They are good bands, each one comes with a different intensity. This is the fifth order I've placed, I will continue ordering for my gymnastics girls.

They arrived without any problems, and they are very easy to use. They are great for strengthening the knees and legs. I recommend buying them; they come in a small quantity.

Complies with what was indicated by the seller. There are five elastic bands of different resistances and of very good quality. The dimensions of the bands are 30cm long (double 50cm) by 5cm wide. Recommended 💯
