Everything comes as they say. The straps are very durable and of good quality. The resistance bands are short but efficient for performing the corresponding exercises.

i really like these ankle strap resistance bands! i was a bit hesitant at first because i wasn't sure how to use them properly, but fortunately, a manual was included. i downloaded it from the application in pdf. after reading it, i gave them a try, and they work amazingly well! great quality and super versatile for leg and glute workouts.
