Good value for money. The pole is made of hard plastic. I bought the 20kg set. The discs are also made of plastic filled with some type of sand. Note that they are not metal like the ones in the gym, but for training at home they are perfect, so if they fall to the ground, they won't get damaged. It comes with gloves, not very good ones, but it's a minor detail. The packaging is perfect.

Very satisfied with the product. Very comfortable grip. The discs have a notch that prevents them from sliding on the floor. The seller included a pair of gloves and wristbands, very simple but a nice touch. Very fast shipping and well packaged. I recommend the seller without any hesitation.

In a day and a half at home. Everything spotless. It's worth it. Quality/price 10,000,000 out of 10.
