I already have one that I'm using, but when I first opened it, I thought I might have bought the wrong one because it didn't seem to inflate properly. However, as time passed, it inflated nicely. It's a bit firmer than the one I was using before, which is actually better because it's more convenient than being too soft. The buckle on the back of the headrest has also changed a bit, but this one is fine too. I'm going to put it in the passenger seat of the car, and it's better than the ones I bought in Korea for 10,000 won each.

This is a 100 out of 100, very good product. Great value for money, I liked how soft it feels, it comes with a zipper to remove the cover for washing and an elastic to fit the seat. And I'm even happier that I ordered 2 and both arrived.
